Mr. Srinivasan is the Founder Chairman of eMudhra Limited since its inception in 2008. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director and Global Chief Executive Officer of a Global IT Company having more than 10,000 employees servicing a large number of customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents having a revenue of about 500 Million since April 2009. Having travelled widely around the world, he has a deep understanding of global business issues. Prior to this he was Senior General Manager in ICICI.
Mr. Srinivasan combines a comprehensive mix of academic qualifications and professional experience. He is a graduate in Mathematics from Madras University and secured the First Rank in the university. Apart from being a rank holder in the Chartered Accountancy examination, he is also a qualified Cost and Works accountant and a Company Secretary. He had also attended the Executive Development Programme at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, USA.
Mr. Srinivasan has also authored a book titled "New Age Management Philosophy from Ancient Indian Wisdom" based on his learning from the Thirukural, a 2000 year old Indian text. The foreword and preface for the book has been written by veteran bankers, Mr. N. Vaghul and Mr. K.V. Kamath. The book has been positively commented on by veteran business leaders like Mr. N.R. Narayanamurthy and Mr. R. Sheshasayee. Mr. Srinivasan was also a guest speaker in reputed management schools like INSEAD, MIT, Harvard, IIM, Great Lakes etc.
Mr. Srinivasan is the Chairman of India PKI Forum, a body sponsored by the Controller of Certifying Authorities, Ministry of IT, Govt. of India, for the development of the Digital Signature Industry. He also Chairs the Asia PKI Consortium.

Dr. Nandlal L. Sarda is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Mumbai (Bombay). He received his Master's (M.Tech.) and PhD degrees from IIT Bombay, and joined as faculty at IIT Bombay, where he is teaching since 1972. He was a Visiting Associate Professor at University of New Brunswick, Canada from 1986 to 1988. He was Head of the Computer Science & Engineering Department at IIT Bombay from 1994 to 1997. He was Head of Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management from August 2006 till February 2007.
He was Dean of Academic Programmes, IIT Bombay, from October 2001 to September 2004. In this capacity, he coordinated with IIT's Senate and its various Academic departments for creating, revising, operationalizing and supervising IIT's academic programmes.
He served as Professor-in-Charge of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, from October 2004 to February 2006, in which role he coordinated with the Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE) hosted by IIT Bombay to encourage and actively facilitate IITB's faculty and students to convert intellectual property developed by them into business ventures.
His main research interests are in the areas of Database Systems and Software Engineering. He has published widely in international journals and conferences. He has focused in the last few years on the research issues in Database Modeling, Geo-spatial and Temporal databases, data warehousing (that includes metadata integration from multiple sources), and ontology-based schema integration. He has participated in many national and international conferences in the capacity of Programme Committee chair/member, invited speaker, etc. He was the Programme Co-chair of VLDB'96, a premier international database conference, which was held in Mumbai in 1996. He has also served on the editorial board of a few international journals. He was honoured as Fellow of Computer Society of India at its convention in November 2006 for his sustained contributions to CSI's activities.
He is closely associated with many companies and government institutions as a consultant, offering advice in planning, selection, implementation and evaluation of information technology solutions. He served as Director on the Board of Directors of Union Bank of India, a large public sector Bank from June 2003 to June 2009, and Andhra Bank from 2011 to 2014. He was also Director on the Boards of Clearing Corporation of India and IDBI Intech Limited, and continues to be on the Boards of Cybertech Systems and Software Limited, BQ Padmavathy Finance Academy Private Limited, NSE Infotech Services Limited and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited.
Mr. Manoj is an experienced technocrat with a strong technical background. He has successfully created, nurtured and built strong IT organizations, one of which was listed on the Stock Exchange in India. He is working with Prof. Deepak Phatak and Prof. N. L. Sarda to provide consulting in the area of system performance, IT strategy and benchmarking for companies like United India Insurance, MTNL, RCF, UTI etc. He is a B.Tech (1981) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and M.Tech (1983) in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
Mr. Kunkalienkar was also the Member of Board Technology Committee of National Commodity and Derivative Exchange and National Securities Depository Ltd. He was also the Member of Board Standing Committee of United Stock Exchange Ltd.

Venu has worked with eMudhra for over 10 years and comes with more than 20 years of legal experience having worked as in house legal counsel across industries and has had previous stints with companies like Hewitt Associates and Adecco India.
