Roles & Responsibilities
Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key stakeholders in the North American region. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, social media platforms, networking events, and partnerships.
Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with prospects through email campaigns, cold-calling, and other communication methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our eSignature solutions as the ideal fit.
Product Presentation and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our eSignature solutions. Effectively articulate how our solutions address the specific challenges and requirements of potential customers.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all interactions with leads and prospects. Use CRM tools to track progress and maintain a systematic approach to lead follow-ups.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and support their efforts in closing deals. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to enhance sales strategies and product positioning.
Market Insights and Reporting: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics in the eSignature solutions space. Provide regular reports on market insights, lead conversion metrics, and progress against set targets.
