Who It's For
Built for Teams That Own Onboarding
If your team is responsible for the onboarding flow, the activation funnel, or regulatory compliance — IDPaaS is the substrate you wanted under it.
CTOs & Engineering Leads
Replace six vendor SDKs with one API surface. Move from glue-code to platform.
CISOs
One vendor's audit. One contract. PKI-rooted, encrypted, residency-aware by default.
Compliance Officers
Every action audit-trailed. Maker-checker workflows. Export-ready records for regulators.
Heads of Digital
Ship a new product line in days, not a procurement quarter. Configure, don't rebuild.
Three Solution Shapes
Same Core, Three Ways to Consume
Depending on how deep your team wants to integrate, IDPaaS shows up in one of three shapes — standalone APIs, a Registration Authority module, or a vertical solution for capital markets.
Standalone KYC APIs
OCR, face match, liveness, BAV, PAN, DigiLocker, GST — each available as an isolated, contract-stable API. No platform commitment; pay per verification.

Registration Authority workflows for Certifying Authorities issuing Digital Signature Certificates and Aadhaar eSign credentials. Subscriber onboarding, document verification, and credential issuance — in one module.
RA workflow details →Instigo — Capital Markets
KRA-integrated onboarding for demat accounts, trading accounts, and mutual fund subscriptions — built in partnership with NDML. SEBI debarred check, CKYC, video CIP, and KRA fetch / initiate / modify in a single flow.
Capital markets details →Journey Composition
Configure the Flow, Not the Stack
A KYC journey is a directed sequence of verification checks — sometimes serial, sometimes branching on risk. In IDPaaS, those journeys are configuration. They live outside your application code and change without a deploy.
- Per-product micro-configuration
A premium credit card journey can require video CIP; the prepaid card journey skips it. Each product line gets its own journey definition.
- Drop-off and resume
Sessions auto-save. A customer who steps away can resume on another device. Application state, captured artefacts, and partial verification results carry over.
- Send-back without restart
If a reviewer rejects a single document, the customer fixes that one document and the rest of the application state holds. No "start over."
Deployment Options
SaaS by Default. Private Cloud or On-Prem When You Need It.
Most customers start with managed SaaS. Some grow into private cloud as data residency requirements tighten. A few — defense, sovereign programmes — need air-gapped on-premise. IDPaaS covers all three with the same APIs.
SaaS / Managed Cloud
Hosted by eMudhra. Auto-scaling, elastic, per-verification billing. Fastest time to first verification — ideal for enterprises, fintechs, and start-ups.
Private Cloud
Deployed in your cloud account, managed by eMudhra. Data plane stays inside your perimeter. Suits banks, large NBFCs, and regulated agencies with strict residency controls.
On-Premise / Air-Gapped
Full deployment in your data centre, no external calls. The path for defence, sovereign ID programmes, and classified environments.
Commercial Model
Pay for What You Verify
Start with per-verification pricing on the APIs you use. Convert to an annual platform license once you cross volume thresholds. White-label and embedded options are available for partners building on top.
Per-Verification
Pay only for what is consumed. Predictable unit economics, no minimums for sandbox.
Enterprise License
Annual commitment with volume discounts and dedicated support. Covers the full module catalogue.
Embedded / White-Label
For partners shipping their own product on top — full re-branding, multi-tenant administration, downstream pass-through billing.
